The class was tasked with the task of creating a short film which should show someone opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down across from someone and exchanging some lines of dialogue. The film should also include includes a match on action shot, a shot/reverse shot and uses the 180-degree rule. This task was necessary so that we could show our understanding of different types of shots and rules it also shows that we are capable of using programs such as I-movie to edit out footage.
I think that this will be useful to my production because this task has helped me get to grips with the camera and editing techniques that I will need to use to create my film.
